ABSTRACT Knowledge Sharing in Klaster Biofarmaka Kabupaten Karanganyar Cluster is implementation of knowledge-based economic development. Cluster rated as a strategic move sustainable economic development, because cluster is able to stimulate the members therein to interact and share knowledge, where knowledge is an intangible asset for economic growth in a country / region. In Indonesia, the implementation of policies contained in the cluster of the National Innovation System and Regional Innovation Systems. As implementation effort, the government has increased the research budget to encourage technological innovation, one of which is the development of medicinal Cluster in Karanganyar. Cluster of medicinal plants producing herbal medicines, such as ginger, turmeric, etc. Now, not only governments involved in knowledge-sharing activities with the cluster, but also the university. Moreover, this paper also discusses the role of trust in the internal sphere Cluster organization that indirectly affect the activity of knowledge sharing. Technology (agricultural machinery), management in government and universities, as well as the culture of the farmers turned out to be a supporting factor for knowledge-sharing activities.
