Kewiralembagaan dan Strategi Pengembangan Wisata Alam Posong:(Studi di Desa Tlahab, Kecamatan Kledung, Kabupaten Temanggung)

This sector also considered as sector that activate society‟s economy. Along with the shift of tourist‟s interest from massive tourism to special interest tourism, it opens a chance to “back to nature” tourism concept as one of the alternatives. That opportunity was responded by one of residents in Tlahab village. The villagers needed an institution to take advantage from that opportunity by initiating new tourism attraction with natural shades. Then, they formed Djogoreso Community, a nature lover organisation from Tlahab village which pioneered and developed Posong Natural Tourism in Mount Sindoro downhill. The research in Tlahab village, Kledung sub-district, Temanggung regency was aimed to know the practice of institutional entrepreneurship in appearing Djogoreso Community and to know Djogoreso Community‟s strategy to develop Posong Natural Tourism. The strategy determination cannot be separated from the role of institutional entrepreneurship as the driving force of Djogoreso Community. This research used qualitative research to get research data which is holistic. Data gathering technique was done by interview, observation, and documentation. The research sampling was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. From the research, the researcher concluded that institutional entrepreneurship practice characterized by the formation of Djogoreso Community cannot be separated from structure condition and institutional entrepreneur‟s capacity. In the structure field, there were discourse, networking, and institutional opportunity. While the institutional entrepreneur‟s field associated with knowledge and experience in term of human sources side, relationship and trust in term of social capital side, persuasive ability in term of social skill side, and also culture capital in term of family environment. In the development, institutional entrepreneur work is not only appearing innovative institution but also deciding the institutional entrepreneurship strategy related to add the function of Djogoreso Community which is to develop Posong Natural Tourism. That strategy was the establishment of a tourism attraction component, institutional entrepreneurship strategy, and strategy to overcome the effect of Posong Natural Tourism.
