Since 2006, the conflict between them culminated with the separation of Palestine into two; Gaza Strip, ruled by HAMMAS, and the West Bank, ruled by Fatah. However, after long failed reconciliation efforts, HAMMAS in 2014 approved the 2014 Gaza Agreement and approved a unity government. This thesis argues that HAMMAS attitude changes occur because of changes in HAMMAS‟ support, initially supportive to HAMMAS‟suse of violence, these support became unsupportive to HAMMAS violence nearing 2014. These changes occur in 3 support; (1) military and financial support from Iran which was stopped since HAMMAS involved in Syria war in 2011, (2) The tunnels of Rafah Egypt-Gaza were destroyed by Egypt since the rise of President El-Sisi, and (3) of successive Israeli bombing constantly weaken HAMMAS of Israel
