ABSTRACT The amount of waste in Depok are increasing. It have volumes 1,200 tons per day. Landfill (Tempat Pembuangan Akhir/TPA) Cipayung Depok on 2017 estimates could not keep the waste and have to shut down. With refer to that situation, Depok city government issued PERDA (City Regulation) Number 5 on 2014, which regulates abut the waste. One of he point explained about the non-organic waste managed by Bank Sampat (Waste Bank). Thus the research regarding how is the outcome of Waste Bank program in Depok considered necessary to measure the results. This research conducted with using program evaluation approach with qualitative method. The technique to data analysis using verificative qualitative. The research limited on the program and activities with some characteristics, which have direct intervention to the society and sustainable. The results shows that tehe highest participation level was from Waste Bank Centre Depok Bersih with participation ratio 74%, followed by Waste Bank Depok wih 65%, Waste Bank Mpok Lili 28% and Waste Bank WPL 16%. Waste Bank Depok have the highest productivity with managing 8 kgs/family. Followed by Waste Bank Centre Depok Bersih have 6.25 lgs/family, Waste bank Mpok Lili with 5.01 kgs/family and the lowest is Waste Bank WPL 4.89 kgs/family. The result of West Bank program evalution in Depok is waste bank which have waste utilization management with selling it to the private party (Waste Bank Depok & Waste Bank Centre Depok Bersih), have highest participation level compared with another which utilized the waste into handicraft. Its also applied with the productivity level of Waste Bank, thus the highest productivity level on collecting waste from the society is Waste Bank Depok and Waste Bank Centre Depok Bersih, compared with Waste Bank WPL and Waste Bank Mpok Lili.
