All people from rich or poor, from old to young, can get information from anywhere and at anytime via the television. However, as the development of the television in Indonesia, television has dysfunction. The most dominating functions, namely the function of entertainment. Especially with the monopoly Nielsen ratings and share seemed to be important. Society are better positioned as a consumer rather than the owner of the frequency. The study began with the formulation of the problem of how Rapotivi be a method Remotivi media literacy for the society. The data have been collected by researchers using case studies to see how the implementation Rapotivi and why Rapotivi felt able to be precise method of media literacy in targeting the wider community. This research producted Rapotivi as media literacy method Remotivi seen from the Rapotivi’s goals, target, how Rapotivi give media literacy to society, obstacles encountered during the Rapotivi give media literacy to the society, to look at the sustainability of this Rapotivi.
