ABSTRACT The government organization is very concerned about the benefits of communication and technology. In that case, there are many local government apply website system for the public services. The use of website system is also supported by the rapid use of the internet, especially in Indonesia. This research aims to evaluate the website performannce application of Kudus official government. The job evaluation applys the pursuance indicators of e-government development stage. Because of that reason, this research uses the process oriented logical to conduct this paper. The standart evaluation of this research is the completeness fiture of the website www.kuduskab.go.id that required for the interaction and publishing stage. Besides, this paper also describes the influenced factor of website application based on the database management. The data collection of this research uses the website observation as well as the Kominfo Kudus Official. The research findings that Kudus e-government website on good performance completings publishing stage. The obstacle in the internal can be founded in the website database management. Moreover, this research suggest that the website performance has to be increased for the interaction development stage. The officials has to increase their partnership to the database management activities. Kata Kunci: E-government, E-government Website, Website Evaluation.
