ABSTRACT This research contains about service performance demographic documents such as KTP/KTP-EL, Kartu Keluarga, and Akta Kelahiran in Depok District, Ngaglik District, and office of demographic affairs and civil registration Sleman Regency. During this time, there are still many complains from citizens whenthey submit making KTP/KTP-EL, Kartu Keluarga, and Akta Kelahiran. The problem was because the ministry of goverment as a service provider is not working optimal. It is also experienced by Sleman Regency, especially Depok District, Ngaglik District, and Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Sleman. The results of the research showed that the performance of service in administration of KTP/KTP-EL, KK, and Akta Kelahiran is not good enough. The majority of people are satisfied with the services performed by the government. However, there are two things that still not satisfied for the people. The problem was because the lack of service from government as a provider. The unfriendly officers and the performance of service who are too long in providing services.
