Ilmu Administrasi Negara)ABSTRACT This research analyzes the performance of government agencies, in this case to be researched are Factors - Factors Influencing Performance in BBIB (Center for Artificial Insemination) Singosari Malang and the factors that affect performance in BBIB Singosari Malang. The concept used in this study is the concept of performance, to determine the performance in this study, the concepts used are the performance levels of the work achieved by an organization, whether viewed in quality and quantity organization, human resources or individual people who are in organization, organizational structure be an array of relations officials and units within the organization, facilities and other infrastructure facilities are functioning as tools and supporting organizational activities that can be done well. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive qualitative method. The technique of collecting primary data through interviews and field observations in UPT BBIB Singosari. Secondary data from the study of literature in the form of books, as well as documents Act, HPI data results, and other documents related to the performance in BBIB Singosari Malang. Research that uses descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of people and offenders can be observed. collecting data, analyzing the data, the data meginterprestasi, and ends with a conclusion that refers to analyzing the data. The conclusion from this study is there are four factors - factors that affect performance in BBIB (Center for Artificial Insemination) Singosari Malang, of these four factors there are six indicators that affect performance in BBIB Singosari namely: productivity, quality, evektifitas, Human Resources, Organizational Structure and infrastructure. This is the sixth indicator that shows the performance in BBIB Singosari Malang is very good and satisfying.
