Respon Australia terhadap Hukuman Mati:(Studi kasus Hukuman Mati Dua Warga Negara Australia pada Kasus Bali Nine

Abstract Bali Nine was a case about arresting nine International drugs syndicate in Bali. This tragedy happened in 2005, more precisely on 17th April 2005 in I Ngurah Rai International Airport. The beginning is when Australia’s police called Indonesian’s police to arrest them after giving informations about this drugs syndicate. Indonesian’s police found 8,2 kilograms of heroin from their hands. Finally, Indonesia decides to set death penalty to them. There’re dilemmas between enforcement of human rights and execute them.
