Inside of political parties there are several interests that is conflicted by actors call factions. Political parties consist of conflict of interests, it call factionalizations. Then we can conclude that several factions that grouped inside of one body is a political party. Conflict of several factions is not always solved by organizational ways. This phenomenom was rooted by the lack of institutonal proccess. Some scholars belived that factions management should be rolled by parties leader through internal process. But,the main result of this research is that political leader cannot resolved the internal conflict. It is caused by the type of conflict inside of poltical parties mostly needs resolved by consesus. This paper introduced the model of managing conflict inside of organizations. This model showed that conflict resolutions is not about “who are the in right side” or “who are in the wrong side”. More over, this model propose that conflict management have to consider about consensus . Keywords :factions, factionalizations, conflict, style of conflict management
