ABSTRACT This undergraduate thesis examines the impact of Third Wave of Secularization in England and how it affect the social transformation. Using theory of secularization, church and state relationship, and using data from British Social Survey. England nowadays is facing a rapid change in religious affiliation. Secularization theory is not enough to explain the current situation. Thus, Third Wave of Secularization Theory used to explain the current condition. This thesis then conclude that generation transmission as an important factor that lead England toward the Third Wave of Secularization.
