ABSTRACT Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a responsibility of a company or agency to communities around the company or institution. This study aims to determine the effect of the public perception about the location of the company regarding the effectiveness of CSR program PT Deltomed Laboratories to company image. By looking at the perception of the public about the effectiveness of the CSR program it can be seen how much influence on the effectiveness of the implementation of CSR to the company's image. The method used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and secondary data. To test the validity of the data using SPSS method of Pearson product moment correlation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, which consists of the analysis of the characteristics of respondents, analysis of responses, test data quality, the classical assumption, hypothesis testing, regression equation results, and discussion. The conclusion of the study is the result of CSR program PT Deltomed Laboratories affect the company's image. By using the F test and t test showed that the variables used in the study positive effect on the company's image. In the context of public domain, their company's CSR programs implemented very helpful in empowerment and development of the local area where the company stands. Implementation of CSR program PT Deltomed Laboratories are assessed effectively influence the company's image by respondents in this study can serve as an example that companies that implement CSR programs properly and effectively to the surrounding community will gain a good corporate image.
