ABSTRACT Child Soldier is one of the violations of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law. In case children are use in armed conflict situation, example study case in Myanmar. Child Soldiers in Myanmar are use since military junta regime, more precisely in the era of Than Shwe. Responding to this child soldier issue, the international community to impose sanctions on Myanmar, it’s like EU and US. Then arrange an agreement in the Joint Action Plan between Myanmar and UN. JAP previously been made in 2007, but Myanmar government not sign in. JAP has sign in from Myanmar government in 2012, After turnover a leader in Myanmar. The success of the signing of the JAP in 2012 due to the influence of domestic and international conditions.
