ABSTRACT The campaign can be defined as the process of communication in the form of activities to influence the public or particular target by persuading or persuasive and motivating the public to participate, thus creating a certain effect as planned in accordance with specific themes, and performed at a certain time and implemented by organized. The campaign begins with an idea that later in the construction to form the messages which will then be conveyed to the target audience. Campaign objectives can only be achieved if audiences understand the messages. Messages must be managed, designed and well organized and creative. Message became an important focus in the planning of a campaign that is then contained in the derivative planning message on the campaign activities. Planning the message focuses on how a message is intended to be easily accepted and understood by the target audience while supporting other suggestion is a medium that acts as a means of optimizing the process of delivering the message to the target audience. Overall, this study describes how the strategy of the campaign message. Some aspects to note are communicators, messaging, media, and campaign. For some aspects of proper planning is necessary to support the passage of a campaign. In the communication process known several methods to convey messages from the communicator to the communicant. Among other methods of communication that are informative, persuasive communication and communication coercive. Each method of communication it is applied in certain circumstances. Planning of the campaign is organized as a reference in the implementation of the campaign. As a communication event, there are several things to note that the persuasion communication activities to run smoothly, The results showed that in an organizing campaign, the message becomes instrumental in the success of the campaign.
