ABSTRACT Conflict can happen because of any difference that happen inside the result of experience. The difference in experience can be seen from the background that construct each indiviuals to behave. Conflict can labelled wether as good or bad depend on how people try to manage it. If it been manage correctly, then conflict can result in something good, but if manage poorly then the result would be bad. Conflict Management is a process between the party that involve inside the conflict or the third party that has nothing to do with the conflict to try construct a strategy to manage then resolve the conflict so that the outcome can benefit both the company and the party that involve in the conflict. Each organization or company have their own ways to anticipate and resolve conflict that happen in their domain. The conflict that happen on Yogyakarta Branch of CIMB Niaga can categorized as latent conflict, which mean the conflict doesn’t lead to crisis. Here, the writer want to understand how CIMB Niaga manage the conflict that happen between their employee and how the the Yogyakarta Branch is different than other branch in Indonesia. In Yogyakarta Branch, most of the conflict that happen has been minimalize to reduce any crisis potencial. Keyword: conflict, conflict management, company
