ABSTRACT Community relations is a series of activities of the organization in the form of a program or event to support relations with the community . As one of the functions of public relations to improve relations with communities, community relations conducted several organizations in order to maintain the consistency of a good relationship to the public. In practice , community relations will be supported by strategic actions management consisting of several stages . Stages are made by the management of achieving the objectives and vision of the organization This study discusses the organization for public relations more specific , namely community . Therefore , researchers feel the need to know the stages of management through internal programs by the organization to build relationships with the community , especially the digital creative community . Analysis of community relations management will describe the advantages and lack of public relations activities from the perspective of the organization as an object of research. These results indicate that the stages of public relations still play a role as a great idea in a relationship with the public around the organization . Phase identification , planning, action and communication , evaluation , until the controlling is a step that must be done in a coherent organization because it has a continuous impact between one stage to another stage . Through this study it can be concluded if the community relations is cyclical activity where a program will affect other programs in the future .
