Consumer Behavior Pattern of SME’s (Small and Medium Enterprise) Commercial Website Consumer (Study of Mbakdiskon.com Website) Internet as a new platform of media offers so many simplicity to access information, from news portal, journal, forums, social media, also commercial website. As for news portal, forum and social media it already become another job opportunity for some people in companies. Which this part I found it interesting, as a media that relatively new, internet will be continuously interesting to be explored from technology part and also the social impact itself. In the context of social impact, there are so many impact that happen because of internet, not only as job opportunity but also the worker can work virtually and not in office. Not only worker, but also consumers are affected by this method as one of the way for them to shop and browse their needs. The method that is used on this research is qualitative method which is focusing on how the consumers do shopping on SME based on website or ecommerce. The topic about SME already been discussed a lot on Economic major, but not as in Social Development and Welfare major. Thus, this research is done as part of authenticity focus. The object of the research is an e-commerce called mbakdiskon.com which runs for 5 years from 2010 to 2015. The object is located in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Researcher is doing direct observation during working on mbakdiskon.com on 2011 to 2013. Output of this research hopefully could give insight about the difference of consumers before and after e-commerce exist, also the pattern difference between student and employee consumers on accessing and shoppingon mbakdiskon.com. the other result also could be critics and input for mbakdiskon.com which given directly from the consumers. Which is also good for those who wants to start business on website SMEs or e-commerce and also those who want to improve the quality on their current SMEs.
