Dinamika Kemitraan Industri Batik di DIY :(Studi Peran dan Fungsi Kemitraan terhadap dalam Menjaga Eksistensi dan Regenerasi Perajin Batik di DIY)

Ilmu Sosiatri)ABSTRACT Indonesia has a wide range of arts, one of them is batik which is belonging to the cultural heritage for generations in Indonesia. Therefore we are obliged to maintain and preserve in order to make a high end arts and keep Indonesia’s prestige among nation. In this study, the researcher want to know how the dynamic partnership of small batik artisans in D.I .Yogyakarta. This research about the dynamics of partnership using Action Weber Theory on the partnership development is conducted in Yogyakarta. Weber explained that (1) human actions emerged through his own consciousness as a subject and external situation as an object, (2) As an object, human act or behave in order to achieve a particular purpose. So human action is not an act without purpose, (3) In their actions, human have manners, techniques, procedures, methods and devices that are expected to achieve these objectives, (4) Human action continuity is limited by conditions that can not be changed on their own, (5 ) Human are able to choose, appraise, and evaluate the current actions, the next actions, and the actions that has done, (6) The scales, rules, or moral principles are expected to arise while decision made. It is a qualitative research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation and articles, including library resources. The researcher use sampling and informant determination (purposive sampling and snowball sampling), includes batik craftsmen (5), and local governments as research techniques. While for the data validity techniques the researcher used triangulation, it means as comparing the field research data, in this case is data between batik craftsmen and Chief of BBKB and DEKRANASDA. The finding of this study indicated that the partnership of batik craftsmen in DIY is already done based on partnership program from the local government or other Stakeholder, but the implementation towards the craftsmen regeneration experience stuttering because descendant of craftsmen majority chose other jobs, and from other stakeholders such as Pertamina, they only provides financial capital and
