ABSTRACT Discussion on youth issues have been conducted and seen in many perspectives. Youth organizations are one issue that until now although known to exist, but they have not shown their existence. This study tried to see how a youth organization that is at the level of village can grow and develop. In this case Ngetiran have a way or strategy of its own to maintain the existence of organizations or associations of the young couple by adjusting the potential and characteristics they have before. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach to better understand the meaning and information in more depth. The research location is in the Ngetiran hamlet with targets are some of the young couple who are active in associations and community leaders. The collection of data is done using interviews, observation, and study documents. The collected data were then analyzed using a great concept about youth, organizations, and solidarity. From the research results can be seen that this youth association as the smallest organizations in communities to mobilize youth for positive activism. Positive activity is indicated by making various programs as well as a means to channel their potential. By looking at the history that this association has been suspended for some years and did not have any organization activity the strategy pursued quite successfully attract young people Ngetiran to revive and continue the existence they had before.
