Abstract The study of "Jogja Screen Printing Community : Between Trust, Norma and Networks" taking the subject of Jogja Screen Printing Community as research subjects. The existence of Jogja Screen Printing Community into a home or a place to share knowledge and exchange information members of the manual screen printing businesses in Yogyakarta. Rapidly growing industry of micro, small or medium in the industries convection especially field manual screen printing in Yogyakarta create competition among entrepreneurs or businesses increasingly tight, the competition is getting tighter it appears the Jogja Screen Printing Community as a forum for sharing knowledge and exchanging information related to the world of screen printing they pursue in order to promote their respective businesses with the same actors and also to build the branding of the city of Yogyakarta as a city with a T-shirt screen printing industry that is very competent. Jogja Screen Printing Community also be a solution to strengthen the non-financial capital in order to increase competitiveness amid the competition and the development of industrial sector in Indonesia convection current and growing. Jogja Screen Printing Community into a community to help the perpetrators of screen printing in Yogyakarta to be able to thrive both personally and collectively. This research uses descriptive qualitative method so that researchers can describe in full how the findings of the existing data in the field of community development Sablon Jogja in strengthening the collective strength of businesses and a capital other than financial capital. This community was formed to be a bridge between the screen actors by building networks, trust and also makes the rules / norms to regulate certain collective actions aimed at improving the skills / soft skills of its members and also to promote a Jogja Screen Printing Community itself. Stages in the data analysis of data reduction, data display, conclusions and verification. Researchers used theory of social capital to analyze some of the elements that exist within the Jogja Screen Printing Community. The results of this study can be seen that some of the elements of trust, norms and networks also have a certain role in the development of Jogja Screen Printing Community that more can be referred to as social capital. Formation of social capital have become a new force for the Jogja Screen Printing Community in achieving certain objectives as a community in which there is competition between the members with other members who are perpetrators of printing business. Social capital in the community can help facilitate the exchange of information, find solutions to solve the problems of diverse screen printing, increase production capacity, adding a network to expand the business market and also create norms to regulate the climate of healthy competition and not each other down.
