ABSTRACT People who suffer from mental disorder often receive different treatment from society . People prefer seeing the negative stigma of mental disorders with mental illness and refer calls or crazy . Mental health is an integrated part in all aspects of life include education, law, protection of children and women, health, social, cultural, political and even security . Therefore, this study has the formulation of the problem as follows: (1)How is the contribution of the family in the treatment of patients with mental disorders? (2)What efforts installation understanding of the social conditions of the patient's rehabilitation and treatment? Stigma about mental disorders or mental diosorder is where the attitude of the family and society assume that if one family member suffering from mental diosorder, it is a disgrace for the family and the patient. Often getting inhumane treatment eg violence, ostracized, isolated or deprived. Sometimes people with mental diosorder are not taken medication because of shame. Most people also assume mental diosorder is a disorder caused by things irrational or supernatural, such as "guna-guna" or "diteluh", hysterics, violate the ban and others. Family attitude that 'alienate' people from the surrounding environment makes the local community still considers that a person with mental disorder should be shunned or should not be approached. The reason this study used a qualitative approach because of that research is being conducted by researchers in natural conditions and the nature of the invention. Natural conditions referred to in this study are the symptoms of what is gained by researchers associated with mental disorders. While the invention is, due to that the purpose of this study was to produce an invention that is handling Patients Patients with Mental Disorders-Based Environmental Conditions What's On Installation Rehabilitation. The subjects of this study, include: (1)Patients with Mental Disorders, (2)Family Patient, (3)Rehabilation Instalation Teams. Based approach to environmental conditions nearby. Starting from the contribution of the family consisting of: the contribution of parents, siblings contributions, contributions husband or wife, as well as the contribution of other family members. Whereas, in the installation are occupational therapy rehabilitation, social therapists, psycholog, and instructor activity or job coach.
