ABSTRACT Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a program whereby companies integrate social concerns in their business operations. PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Rewulu Yogyakarta as state-owned enterprises to actively participate through its Corporate Social Responsibility to the empowerment of people living around the area of the company. In this regard, this study aims to determine bagaimanana implementation of CSR Development Program KPI Mina Varia Makmur conducted by PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Rewulu and the extent of the impact of the implementation of CSR Development Program KPI Mina Varia Makmur to the development of member businesses KPI Mina Varia Makmur. The method used is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Location of research at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Rewulu Fuel Terminal, located on Jl. Sedayu Wates Km 9.5, Bantul, Yogyakarta and KPI member Varia Mina Makmur located in Pedukuhan Pereng Dawe, Balecatur Village, Gamping District, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The decision informants using purposive sampling, informants in this study that 10 members of IBC Varia Mina Makmur and PT triangulation to the Party. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Rewulu through CDO team. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and literature. These results indicate that the implementation of CSR programs implemented by PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Rewulu through five phases, namely the identification phase, the phase where social mapping done by Pertamina Rewulu and PSDK UGM to know the potential that exists in the community, especially the ring one. Preparation and analysis phase, the phase in which the system designing CSR activities such as sorting program or set program goals. Approval phase, the phase in which Pertamina Rewulu describes the identification and analysis of social mapping. Implementation phase, the phase in which the starting FGD for the selected program, the program opens and runs the monitoring per activity. Evaluation phase, the phase of the final stage to assess the quality of the programs that run periodically. PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Rewulu in implementing CSR programs in the first year of implementation in collaboration with Fisheries UGM, the second year and up to now in collaboration with the Institute Joglo Tani. Implementation of CSR program PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Rewulu a positive impact, especially in improving crop yields and incomes member KPI Mina Varia Makmur. In addition to providing the effects of increasing yields and incomes of the members KPI Mina Makmur Varia, Varia KPI member Mina Makmur also acquire knowledge, skills and experience of the training program and business visit. Business management training and group, for example, with the training of the members of KPI Varia Mina Makmur feel their knowledge in business management and manufacturing of better administration.
