ABSTRACT Disability inclusiveness campaign in "Temu Inklusi 2014" comes to be the first in Indonesia. "Temu Inklusi 2014" collaborate with the organization Disabilities, civil society organizations, media, academia, practitioners, individuals, activists, and others from various regions to live in and contribute directly for equal rights and opportunities of the Disabled in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to describe the social campaign Disability Inclusiveness "Temu Inklusi 2014". The implication is enriching for communication studies, especially in the field of social campaigns. This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. Data collection through interviews and documentation study. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques using pattern matching. The results showed that the process of social campaigns undertaken consists of three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Within each of these stages, SIGAB construct the right message to campaign targets. The constructed message consists of (1) the content of the message: using an emotional approach and a reference group, and (2) the structure of the message: use the template the two sides, the composition presenting arguments at the end of the campaign, and the statement of conclusions explicitly. This study concluded that social inclusivity campaigns with Disabilities in the “Temu Inklusi 2014” is a masterpiece although there are still many minus point in the planning process however, can give a good impact on public awareness of the issue of inclusiveness of Disabilities in Indonesia.
