ABSTRACT Collaboration programs between actors in the Posyandu involving midwives, Posyandu cadres and toddlers parent. The research aims to describe the real phenomena that occurs on the activities of the collaboration between actors in order to improve infants health programs in Posyandu Sokorini and to describe the process of collaboration between actors in each village during the course of Posyandu toddler.The methods of research is a descriptive-qualitative. The object of the study is the actor whose involved in Posyandu Sokorini. The results of this study has indicate that the normative “Posyandu” in 9 Sokorini village has been routinely carried out according to with the six indicators collaboration process (managing aims, compromise, communication, democracy and equality, power and trust, determination, commitment, and stamina). The data showed that the problem of low attendance toddlers become obstacles in each hamlet. Almost all Posyandu activities in each hamlet just a monotonous with working rely on 5 tables systems. Only two hamlets which have innovation by adding other activities outside the Posyandu, such as Mujahadah activities, discussion forums after the event, and home visits activities.
