Pergeseran struktur ekonomi dan identifikasi sektor/subsektor unggulan Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pergeseran stru ktur ekonomi dan mengidentifikasi sektor/subsektor unggulan yang potensial dikembangkan di Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, selama kurun waktu 1993 - 1999. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang terdiri atas Produk Comestik Bruto (PDRB) Indonesia dan PDRB Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, menurut lapangan usaha atas dasar harga konstan 1993, yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Shift-Share, Location Quotient, MRP dan Overlay. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya perubaharr FDRB Dada Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat sebesar Rp771,25 miliar. Peningkatan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi Nasional sebesar Rp343,60 miliar, komponen bauran industri memberikan kontribusi negatif sebesar Rpl44,24 miliar dan komponen keunggulan kompetitif memberikan pengaruh positif sebesar Rp571,89 miliar, sedangkan efek alokasi memberikan kontribusi positif sebesar Rp5,3 miliar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Location Quotient, MRPdan Overlay menunjukkan bahwa subsektor unggulan dan potensial dikembangkan di Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat adalah subsektor tanaman bahan makanan, peternakan, bangunan dan konstruksi, pengangkutan dan pemerintahan umum

This research has objective to analyze the shift of the economic structure and identify the leading sector/subsector and development of the potential in Province of West Nusa Tenggara, for the periode 1993 - 1999 . The data used in the research was secondary data consisting of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) according to the business fields based on the 1993 constant prices, obtained from Central Bureau of Statistic the Province of West Nusa Tenggara. The analysis methods applied in this research were shift-share, lopation quotient, growth ratio model and overlay. This result research shown that changing of the GRDP could be Rp771.25 billion. Increasing of the national growth effect gave contribution Rp343.60 billion, the industrial mix gave negative contribution Rp144.24 billion and the adventaqe competitive gave contribution Rp571.89 billion, whereas allocation effec gave contribution Rp5.3 billion. Based on result analysis metod location quotient, growth ratio model, and overlay indicate that the leading subsectors and development of the potential in West Nusa Tenggara are the subsector farm food crops, livestock, contruction, transport and government
