ABSTRACT Key Words: Social Capital, principle of Rumongso Melu Handarbeni, election of local leader Power of social capital relates togetherness on civic space. People around collectivity keep mutual trust each other with do their own business. They keep norms social by their own networking. In other hand, social capital persuades community to do what other wants. They have to keep social capital in whole daily activities even on local election of block of house. In this way, everybody has their responsibility for not attack each other like politic on campus. Local people have their on way to choose who will be the next leader using social capital. Robert Putnam was one of author of classical social capital, used this concept for explaining of society to build sustainability of political system. Social capital built collective inclusivity by reciprocity in every single day. People would prefer to keep their reciprocity on their activity. In this way, we will use local language. It is principle of rumongso melu handarbeni. It means feeling of having collective sense which warns of working of social capital. Despite of they was getting apart between local space (Wonorejo and Ponggol) and quite different between religiosity (Islam ad Christian) but they keep collectivity each other. Winning of Monica Esti, leader of local place in 2013 elucidates that she is daughter of society. People keep her growth. They had kept Monica Esti since child. Working of social capital shows winning of Monica Esti.
