Abstrack The emergence of various types of cosmetics on the market today can not be separated from the community needs to support his appearance. This is makes the company or the cosmetics industry in Indonesia compete to create products according to wishes of the people. This competition forced Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) to oversee products which will come out and already marketed. In addition, BPOM also maintain new industries manufacture of cosmetic products and the supply chain management process of a that product. The process of supply chain management is a crucial process for a product to channel it into the hands of the industry to the public or consumers. Walet Krim is a cosmetic product market enthused. After doing research, it was found that this product is a product that does not have official permission and dangerous to use. Company or industry manufacture this product was also regarded as illegal because the industry is not an official permission from the BPOM. Un-licensed products are easily available in the market, and BPOM is not solely responsible. But also involving other agencies such as Yayasan Lembaga Konsumen Indonesia (YLKI), Unit Layanan Pengaduan Konsumen (ULPK) and courier services as well as society as consumers also take an active role.
