Research on Relations And Social Network As A Development Pedicab Community (Study As Bhinneka Hotel Pedicab Community) take subject research bhinneka hotel pedicab community as the main actor in this study. Bhinneka hotel pedicab comunnity is one among the many community in the city of Yogyakarta. The existence of pedicab have rooted be part of a transportation system city, when he also becoming a part of tourism in the system city transportation. But it the problems faced by the paddle pedicab not fully can be settled by rules and policies that determined by the government. The potential of social capital possessed by paddle pedicab that were capable of being utilized in order to improve their life , they use to build a network of relationships as well as with the parties that they reckon be able to help them out of the problems they face .The purpose of this research is wanted to see how the beginnings as well as other forms of cooperation with related stakeholders as well as see how the utilization of social capital possessed by paguyuban pedicabs in relation as well as a network of which they form. The Research method used in this research is the method the qualitative study descriptive analysis. Technique data collection used the observation that aims to describe setting place, social and the culture in bhinneka hotel pedicab community. In addition was also interview to related informants are can help them meet the necessary data for as of paguyuban pedicabs hotel unity in tourism , hotel employees unity in, parties are engaged with paguyuban as : (Bakpia patuk, Dagadu, Batik, Gudeg , etc). And governmental institutions dept. of tourism city Yogyakarta and transportation department city Yogyakarta. After data collected next phase is the stage data analysis. Step in data analysis that is reduction data, display data, and conclusions and verification. The result of the research indicated the process of forming social capital could be one of alternative solutions for paguyuban producers tourism hotel unity in in improving income. Dimensions of social capital such as trust, norms and social networks contribute to the collective action they are to encourage the strengthening of the norms of reciprocity, to facilitate the flow of information, include information about the reputation of actors, put the success of collaborative efforts in the past and act for cooperation in the future will come. By forming a community of those who have the same goals, they tried to simplify all the barriers they have, to have a common sense of each other they will be happy to help others.
