Pengaruh Pergerakan Sosial Kaum Seniman Dalam Demokratisasi Di Burma

Concrete facts that occurred in the past Burma is the Burmese civil society gets the repressive actions of the military regime when voicing their interests. One example of such repressive measures is a restriction of democratic rights to obtain information, such as internet access, the right of assembly, and expression. Burmese people are rarely able to conduct an open and formal response, such as mediation, against the government's repressive actions. Civil society response often occurs in secret or underground due to the fear of the military government's crackdown. If the government knows, the protesting party will receive sanctions, including imprisonment. Democracy activist Aung San Suu Kyi became a famous figure in the struggle for democracy in Burma for being too vocal calls for democratization in the life of the nation. Some artists are in line with the idea of democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi was also detained on charges of violating censorship laws through his art, but also able to keep influence in social and political life in Burma. The artists affected by these sensors is influential figures in Burmese society. They inspire people through art on display. In addition, there is another artist who is more powerful in influencing public life, the musician. The musician is different from the painter. The results of their work are often enjoyed by people so that into the memory of every individual and meberi strong influence in political views which give rise to social movements.
