Usee TV Sebagai Content Aggregator (Studi Kasus Kerjasama Usee TV dengan Lembaga Penyiaran Televisi Dalam Penyelenggaraan Siaran)

ABSTRACT Now the Internet is able to drag some old media to bring other new media. Fusion of Internet with other media can also be called as new media. Of course, because of the unprecedented fusion in previous eras. Currently, one of the booming fusion of the two media is online television. Currently it has many emerging online television in Indonesia, which became one of the new way to enjoying television. They offer the convenience of watching television anywhere using the Internet network in gadgets such as Laptops, Mobile Phones and Computers. One of such services providers is Usee TV. Usee TV established by PT. Telecommunications Indonesia (Telkom) has a diverse channel of TV stations. Until early 2015, the number of channels on the Usee TV reached 32 television stations. This television station in the form of private broadcasting institutions with a national network, foreign broadcasting institutions and local private broadcasting institutions. Usee TV doing content aggregation to accommodate television channel on its website. Content aggregation done in cooperation with the owner of the television station broadcasting rights or cooperating directly with the television station. This cooperation is done because Usee TV does not produce its own programs. From here the research began. This study wants to analyze the pattern of cooperation undertaken Usee TV with TV stations as well as the owner of the television station broadcasting rights. The results showed that there are two kinds of patterns made by Usee TV in getting television channels to be published on its website.
