But in the fact is, bushido as the way of the samurai is still exist as a spirit rather than as a principal thing. This condition make bushido more flexibel than before, it means not just the samurai or military group that could use bushido as the main principle on their activity, but also all levels of society in all fields in Japan, including business field itself. For example, bushido as the spirit could be used by the company in Japan to shaping the character of their company also the actor inside, by using the values inside the bushido that still relevant in shaping the ethical standards of behaviour in their company.
