Abstraction After the end of new order regime, Indonesia enforce the freedom of media establishment via UU No. 40/1999. It led to the emergence of so many new media companies in Indonesia with various types of human resources and different profesionality level. Among them are media with human resources that filled by young people. Exist since end of 2012 in Yogyakarta, Warning Magazine is stable as music magazine that founded and managed by young people (with an age range of 20 th-24 th). The background of human resources in Warning Magazine then shaped the pattern and characteristic of their media managements and contents. Example: weak priority, limited experiences of professional works and consumer trust, or how that media activity had clashed with the academic interests of personnel. The impacts, Warning Magazine had to deal with some typical problems, especially from profesionalism aspects, such as the absence of salary system and employment contracts, limited skill qualities that based from theoritical knowledge, or the lack of binding regulations On the other hand, Warning Magazine got some advantages from their type of human resources, like the strong idealism spirit to keep the media independency, the creation of contents that typical youth (especially about radicals social politic issues) or familiarity chances to approaching various young people communities. .
