ABSTRAK Today more advanced banking sector, especially commercial banks, causes an increase in the number of bank offices are significantly each year. While conversely, the number of commercial banks from 2012 to 2015 turned out to be decreased. It indicates that the competitive rivalry between banks in search for potential human resources. The competition is at more advanced stage can trigger the talent war that has implications for the high turnover intention at a young age ( lower level) and old age (leader). As for the purpose of this study was to determine the description of employee job satisfaction and turnover intention in companies BNI 46. It is important as an attempt to identify individual consideration in deciding stay or leave, and the methods of indentifying the employee considerations used variables job satisfaction. While for respondents and informants are employees in the age and tenure are prone turnover (lower level). Metaphors associated with the story adapted from the book arrives very inspiring : Fly, Eagle, Fly: An African Tale (Gregorowsky in Rhenald Kasali, 2011) important to discuss because it can explain the behavior of the organization, especially regarding employee consideration in deciding stay or leave, these two categogies leavers and stayers proved to have positive and negatif sides to the employee. The findings in this study indicate that BNI management should not only try to maintain an eagles/ productive employee, but management should also create a a comfortable working environment so as to make the employees perform the work. As for recommendation of the lowest job satisfaction is important to be addressed urgently so as not to cause high turnover intention which could affect the good image of th company concerned.
