Abstract This research explains about Organizational Strategy in Defending Itself with a conflict case between Brajamusti and The Maident. This conflict that starts in 2010 still exists until now. Then the researcher develops the research purpose to find the factors that make Brajamusti can defend from the pressures of many sides. This research is designed with Qualitative Research method that gives more emphasis on effort to answer the meaning behind the reality and reveal through the collected data. This method focuses on qualitative case study. Case study research is a research that puts an object studied as the ‘case’ itself. Case study is a research that is done towards an object or something that must be studied entirely, fully, and deeply. In other words, the studied case must be viewed as a different object with the common one. The result that is got by the researcher shows there are 3 factors that cause Brajamusti can defend until now. The first factor, which the researcher gets in the field, is that Brajamusti always has a leader with competent majority support. Based on the research done, since the first time Brajamusti is established until the leadership period of Eko Satriyo Pringgodani, Brajamusti is always leaded by someone who gets majority support. The next factor is regeneration pattern that prioritizes the organizational principle. It is like attaching to the first factor. All the presidents who have ever served Brajamusti always do regeneration based on the organizational principle. The selected person is not indiscriminate and can certainly maintain the continuity of organizational principle itself. Then the last factor is the existence of the social system that has been entrenched. It is the result of development process of Brajamusti itself. From the establishment until now and as well through the two previous factors, social system of Brajamusti is getting stronger by itself. The relevance between those three factors become a strong defense that cannot be penetrated by anyone until now.
