Pictured as a terrorist group that attacks on behalf of Islam in Northern Nigeria. Little known to the news, this group of terrorist started as a social movement that voiced out social injustice in Northern Nigeria. Over two decades, a group of preaching and teaching of Islam has evolved to a sect that waged audacious attacks on military and civilian targets. Emerging in national and international news as a terrorist group, Boko Haram has caused more than 800 acts of violence from 2009 until today. Although the Nigerian Government had implemented counter-terrorism attack, as well as peace talk in between two sides, Boko Haram is still indifferent.
