E-commerce / trade online reshape the market, therefore Lampung banana chips industry must prepare in order to adopt this technology to maintain competitiveness. Industry Readiness banana chips in Bandar Lampung in utilizing e-commerce is not maximized. Readiness is needed on the use of e-commerce is the external and internal, that banana chips industry in conducting promotional activities / sales could reach a wider market. The purpose of this study is how the use of e-commerce readiness as an alternative means of promoting the industry SMEs banana chips in in Pagar Alam Road Industrial Estate Desa Segala Mider, kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat Kotamadya Bandar Lampung and the factors that affect readiness SMEs in using e-commerce. The research methods used is a quantitative methods. Quantitative research methods used so that researchers were able to assess the readiness of the use of e-commerce as a marketing tool in the industry SMEs banana chips in Bandar Lampung. The stages are carried out to collect such data is through the deployment of field with 34 respondents keusioner stall owner in Pagar Alam Road Industrial Estate. Banana chips industry in Pagar Alam Road area has not fully use e-commerce. The quality of Internet network in the city of Bandar Lampung is already good, is evident from the various providers of service providers to improve itself and improve the quality of telecommunications networks in the city of Bandar Lampung. Network and 3G signals can be accessed easily in the city of Bandar Lampung. However the quality of the available network with this kind can not help readiness chips utilizing IT industry.
