Proses Kerjasama(Networking) antara Pemerintah, Swasta, dan Masyarakat Mengenai Keberhasilan Relasi Pasar Satwa dan Tanaman Hias Yogyakarta(PASTY)

This is realized by relocating Ngasem pet market to PASTY (the new place of Ngasem market) with more marketable concept. By its outcomes, it showed the networking among city government, city and public. This research aimed to know what made the policy implementation works from 3 aspect there are 1) networking of government, public, and private; 2) social media that use for networking; 3) interest of each actor on networking. The research use naturalistic qualitative. The data collected by interview and observation. The data obtained in the form of primary data from interview and secondary data from observation from social media and others. On the proceed and networking in relocating the market, the deep communication among three actors (government, private, and public) is very needed. Especially between government and vendors as the key actor of market relocation. The media that use in the networking is mediation between government and vendors. The communication that been build between actors in the relocation process from Ngasem Market to PASTY is also influenced by Sultan HB X a king of Yogyakarta. Sultan HB X as the policy stake holder of communication process had great influenced in negotiate process is very useful to reduce conflict and accelerate negotiation process.
