ABSTRACT This study discuss about public services in a public organization in the health field hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten that in fact her as hospitals belonging to the Ministry of Health which is located in the district, which has a goal to improve the quality of health services for the community. This study uses a straightforward series of concepts and theoretical frameworks that have been woven as well as the guardian of the plot gives the focus of research. The study of public services, public organizations and strengthening the capacity of public organizations is a great concepts that became the main sword in this study. As a public organization that organizes public services department of Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten have a strategy to improve the quality of the health services at three levels namely at the level of systems, organizations and individuals. Furthermore, by using qualitative methods in an attempt to obtain data that would support this research, the need for a variety of perspectives and sources of data can be achieved up to the achievements of comprehensive research. In the end, the whole of this study show the maximum result that as a public organizations that provide public services in the areas of health, the Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten who have age aging but have been able to present the best service for the community so that there is satisfaction to be the benchmark as the hospital with the best services and capacity building.
