Ilmu Pemerintahan)ABSTRACK The existence of women with disability defined through the concept of biopolitics, where the identity of someone understood by virtue of differences in form and the capacity of its body. Women with disability is defined as a community group that disabled and considered not normal. Therefore, the existence of women with disability increasingly marginalised especially in the domain of social environment. It’s gave rise to the movement of women with disability. Sentra Advokasi Perempuan Difabel, dan Anak (SAPDA) Yogyakarta are institutions that perform a movement with disabilitas. This research will explain how SAPDA strategy in enforcing the existence of women of disability in Yogyakarta Special Region. The purpose of this research to know how the body can reproduce the form of power, how SAPDA in doing the strategy, and to know the movement conducted SAPDA as the new social movement . SAPDA uses the method non-violence by lifting global issues such as human rights, the issue of accessibility, and inklusifitas. SAPDA in efforts to fight for the existence of women with disability is the first, low profile strategy is to build awareness of the fate of women with disability, to conduct a study of science and media campaign. The second, the strategy of layering namely assistance to women with disability both through community and individual problems. The thrid, advocacy strategy regional policy. The fourth, strategy with the involvement of critical to improve cooperation for sharing knowledge and related funding programs.
