ABSTRACTION Production Management of Multi-platform Content by Diffa Magazine (A Case Study: Production Management of the Content in Printed Version Magazine, Online, and Audio CD by Diffa Magazine as Disability Media) On 2010, according to World Health Organization, there were fifteen percent people with disabilities of 245 million population in Indonesia. Those numbers are not coupled with non-stereotype mainstreams media coverage. Thus, there are still so many people that misconceived disabilities as ‘abnormality’ that deserved to be pitied by, even they often being underestimated. It’s because the medium content that responsive to disabilities need hasn’t observed by media as information producer. Diffa Magazines is a commercial media that carry on disabilities theme, aims to give proper perspective about disabilities through their content representation. It aims to accommodate disabilities needs, so they can access information easily. Diffa produces their content through three platforms; print media version, online and CD audio. This research observe how management of content production for multiplatform is done by Diffa Magazine. The result shows that Diffa magazine implement all levels of management. Specificity of production level for multiplatform done by Diffa laid on distribution channel for cross platform content and also on CD audio (with its special features) making process that intended to ease access of disabilities with vision disorders .
