ABSTRACT Development at this time to pursue a heavy emphasis on industrial development as well as development on other economic sectors . In such development can not be separated from the need for land use. Land that became victims of the development process is agricultural land. Conversion of agricultural land into various shapes based on the current needs of the development is not solely raises problems of the food sector but have an impact on the emergence of social and economic problems for those who have been making agriculture as a livelihood or livelihood . One of these is the process of development in the transport sector, the construction of the International Airport in Kertajati Regency of West Java. Society does not have the option of rejecting the construction of which they can be fought only in terms of price negotiations compensation they deem appropriate and fair . Implications for course work shift also affects the livelihood. Also affect income for them and their efforts to meet the needs of everyday life . Implications in the social relations of the dynamics of the peasant farmer relationships with farmers, villagers and village government . Problem relocation into other implications for farmers, how they got the constraints therein, as well as other problems that can lead to conflict.
