However, participation of celebrity politician creates controversy for some people. The ability and capability factors be a reference on that controversy. Public opinion evolved into a boomerang for the celebrity. They are considered not to have a good capability to become a legislative member. In fact, they are considered as a vote getter for political parties. With the popularity that celebrity own, political parties can raise the level of their electability in general election. Ahead of general elections, media publish news of celebrity figure who proclaim themselves as legislative members heavily. Several news issued a more dominant questioned the celebrity politicians capability. Include talk shows Mata Najwa on Metro TV which present celebrity and politic themes. Content analysis of celebrity politician representation of Mata Najwa program on Metro TV is very important to know how the television media provides an overview of the capabilities possessed of celebrity politician. Mata Najwa Metro TV talk show program wanted to explore more in the related experience and knowledge of celebrity politicians who became his sources. Through the answers, audio and visual analysis, the image of celebrity politicians who appear to be the dominant figure of politicians who do not have sufficient knowledge and experience. But there is also a political figure of the celebrity who has a good knowledge and able to explain the vision, mission and political experiences clearly.
