ABSTRACT As technology development is no longer just used as a tool to facilitate the work of man alone but also to commit crimes, so that means and communication technologies not only to shorten the social distance but it widens the social distance, crime appears very diverse and one of them is cyberbullying . Cyberbullying is considered intimidating to users of information technology as it is quite dangerous for someone. This study wanted to see how the various forms of cyberbullying and its type capable of disrupting the social and psychological condition of the victim, in the development of the Internet, sophisticated technology and a wide range of social media and social networking sites are no virtual world into wetlands for actors in the conduct of the action. Sehubung the above background, the issue that arises is how the impact of these cyberbullying on social and psychological condition of the victims of cyberbullying in accordance with the type of cyberbullying is done perpetrators and how the victims did countermeasures and face cyberbullying. To answer these problems do research with descriptive quantitative methods of data collection using questionnaires, it aims to describe the phenomenon of cyberbullying in the spotlight a lot of people lately. Here, the researchers want to show that cyberbullying a negative effect for the victim, taste sensitivity, anger and revenge dominate state victim, the victim is also a closed private, sensitive feelings towards something like the status / postings made by others that actually is not necessarily intended for him. Development of the Internet, types and media types used cyberbullying shows that there is still a lot of use for a crime. In this study shows that the variation in the form of cyberbullying will determine the intensity of interaction with the peer group, the intensity of the reply and social behavior. Victims have a tendency to reply directly form the perpetrators of cyberbullying sent to him without having to interact or ask for opinions peergroup, with many variations in the form of cyberbullying, and other forms of cyberbullying rapid spread then the victim will immediately initiate a direct reply to the forms of cyberbullying. The intensity of interaction with a peer group may reduce the intensity reply to cyberbullying and aggressive behavior in the lives of victims of victims, peer group acts as a controller, the intensity reply victim of cyberbullying and social behavior, peer group here is able to suppress the sensitivity and aggressiveness victims with a variety of activities shared , with activities that were no casualties then not only focus or distract the form of cyberbullying were aimed at him.
