Manajemen Konflik Dualisme Supporter PSS Sleman

ABSTRACT Football which is an oldest conflict in world. Because in football club has clash of conflict happened. Sometimes conflict between the teams not accomadating when the game plays. And then the conflict has influenced the supporter. When the conflict influenced the suppoters, conflict became social problems had negative multi dimensional effect. Fear about conflict still the same. Which is conflict means destructive, and suppers effect. But if use from positive point of view, negative effect from the conflict can be surpressed and ended. That is called Conflict Management. This focus of research discuss about conflict management on Indonesian Football, which about conflict management in case of supporter conflict on PSS Sleman between 2008- 2013. That conflict divide supporters from PSS Sleman became two side which have a different opinion (between Slemania and Brigata Curva Sud). Conflicts between two supporters first happened when the legal organization supporters have an internal problems, and thus make a fraction in internal organization from 2008 until 2009. Within time flies, a conflict between two fraction became a bigger conflict, and the final momentum is contra fraction moved to south tribune, which obviously providing to enemies. The tension between the supporters reach the final when the contra declarated the new supporter club, the name is Brigata Curva Sud at time 2011. How the conflict, and the conflict management can be resolved, is the answers in this research. This research use a case study as the reserach metode, and have a goals to resolved the conflict. This research use observation, interview, use a textual documentation which have that conflict.
