Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Peserta Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional(JKN) terhadap Pelayanan Puskesmas Banyuurip Kabupaten Purworejo

Ilmu Administrasi Negara)ABSTRACT Since 2005, health insurance in Indonesia is still fragmented which makes the cost and quality of health services is difficult to control .. To solve it, then issued Law No. 24 of 2011 which provides that the National Social Security in Health organized by BPJS (Social Security Agency ). Therefore it is necessary to measure the satisfaction felt by the patient JKN to service quality of service provider JKN. In a comparison study conducted community satisfaction index of the National Health Insurance program participants (JKN) category Beneficiary Contribution (PBI) and Non-Beneficiary Contribution (Non-PBI) to the ministry of health centers Banyuurip Purworejo. To find out Indexing satisfaction refers to service JKN 10 (ten) performance indicators based on the concept SERQUAL services (service quality). Based on the results of the research have been made known that the results of patient satisfaction index calculation JKN and Non PBI PBI category that refers to the 10 aspects of service performance was 80.67% for patients PBI category and 80.47% for the category of Non-PBI patients. Overall a good patient or Non PBI PBI category are satisfied with the district health center services Banyuurip Purworejo. Keywords: service, community satisfaction, and satisfaction index.
