ABSTRACT Strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia (CCFI) program is a form of corporate social responsibility activities of PT. Coca-Cola Indonesia. Clean water programs in the form of construction water supply systems is manifested through community capacity building and sustainable resource. This study aims to (1) describe the implementation process of strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia program. (2) identify the basic motive of strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia program. (3) identify the key determinants of success factor strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment PT. Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia implementation program. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Based on the analysis results of the research indicated corporate social responsibility program of Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia in providing of the clean water in the Sindang Pakuon village was conducted by the method of empowerment through a non-directive approach. The role of local communities more actively and directly involved while the facilitator's role merely to the stimulator. Interpretation the results of the program implementation process can be conceptualized Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia has upheld the orientation of economic motives, legal, and ethics in carrying out corporate social responsibility program for the community and the environment at large. While factors influence the successful implementation of the program, the communication factor that caused the misunderstanding regarding the perspective of selective internal and external community regarding the completeness of the information presented. Furthermore, in financial resources, budget program had experienced shortages due to unexpected demand program planning. In another side, the disposition of implementor is well and it showed by their commitment to building community capacity. As well, bureaucratic structure factor is also has a good supports to the implementation. Key words: Implementation, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Community Based Development (CBD).
