Postcards here no longer be a means of communications for council has sent the tidings to relatives or friends, but became a hobby is getting loved by society. That site named Postcrossing be a milestone emersion postcard that is understood as a hobby. The site be the space for people around the world to send and receive postcards. Indonesia is also one state that enjoy sending and receiving postcards just like other foreigners. Until then in 2011 appeared a community in cyber world named Indonesian Postcrossing Community/Komunitas Postcrossing Indonesia ( KPI ).The community is filled by Indonesian citizens. Although this community is in cyber world, but they have so many fun things to be done. From that appear a network and the bond between community members. The ring is a social network formed through an offline interaction ( real world activities ) and online interaction. They are producing two kinds of ties named strength ties and weak ties. Emergence of two kinds of the network bring up a knowledge transfer among members of a community. This research is a qualitative research. This method is using descriptive methods. Unit analysis this research are the member of the community who live in Jogjakarta. For a reason that Jogjakarta become a second city which has most members. Jogjakarta is a city that very often held a meet up as well. 16 informer were taken on this research. All of them are the member of Indonesian Postcrossing Community. The intensity of online and offline in Indonesian Postcrossing Community became the dynamics of the formation of the social networks. Not seldom a combination of both even strengthen the social networks that is formed. The result of the network is the existence of different knowledge that is distributed among members of a community that will this knowledge will affect both for their lives. Knowledge that is produced is divided into two types of, namely knowledge that is divided into scoop and deepness. Keyword : Dynamics, Postcrossing, Strength Ties, Weak Ties, Transfer Knowledge
