ABSTRACT Adisutjipto a civil enclave airport . The airport belongs to the Air Force is not only used for military flights , is also used for civil aviation . The joint use Adisutjipto by PT . Angkasa Pura I ( Persero ) branch Adisutjipto and Air Force Adisutjipto accordance with the cooperation agreement between the two parties and legislative attention . The purpose of this study is to reveal about the implementation of the cooperation agreement between PT . Angkasa Pura I branch Adisutjipto and the Air Force airbase Adisutjipto in the operation and determine the success of the cooperation agreement between the two parties in the operation of the airport . The method used in this study is a qualitative research method . Based on this research, the implementation of cooperative shared use of performance Adisutjipto by PT . Angkasa Pura I ( Persero ) branch Adisutjipto with the Air Force Adisutjipto showed good performance . Performance indicators of the success of cooperation fulfillment of joint management Adisutjipto shows cooperation has been done effectively. In the implementation of the agreement between the two sides have some weaknesses that can be detrimental to the PT . Angkasa Pura I ( Persero ) branch Adisucipto Airport . These weaknesses are still there are gaps in the partnership agreement , there are still parts that have not been regulated in the agreement but has a major impact on cooperation . In addition , the PT . Angkasa Pura has a broad movement , all still depends on the approval of the Air Force Adisutjipto . Keywords: agreement, cooperation, operation, Adisutjipto airport
