Abstract After the collapse of new order era Indonesia undergo reformation era as a form of perfection democracy are dreamed of by the whole Indonesian. New freedom springs as a result of the struggle the people opposed to dictatorship of new order. One freedom springs is how Indonesian given the right to free assembly and argues in order to articulate purpose and common interests. Freedom in the form of rights gathered together it is poured by the public to form an association of either officially or not official. The right to assemble in order to form a club officially here can be called with an organization. Organization formed by the public not only official legally and formal but based on the basis of a common ideology who championed. An ideology, not only in common a common vision and mission in order to realize the purpose formed simultaneously become the bases the movement of social organization. The existence of the movement of social organization more intensively after the collapse of new order. But there is one social organization that its existence is still everlastingly well-respected of the era of the order long, the new order until now in the era of reform. The organization is an organization is a social organization Pemuda Pancasila. From the name of this organization was clearly seen how Pancasila not only as the basis of the country but be ideology movement this organization and also meant to administered and realize the fifth Sila contained in Pancasila for the sake of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. As a function of time the existence of organization experienced ebb and flow. Concrete proof of the tides that is experienced Pemuda Pancasila is a negative view community who has taken root. A negative view here is that the public assumes Pemuda Pancasila as an organization that is identical with violence and container maintain the root of thuggery. It becomes the problems of its own for Pemuda Pancasila particularly in the management of the branch of district Sleman that we know Sleman very identical with peace and anti-group violence. By way of issue the author gives a gloss upon the recruitment and regeneration done by Pemuda Pancasila district Sleman to provide the answer to the public. This is the proof to change gradually the views of the public at large to slight give judgment favorably to the existence of Pemuda Pancasila in the county of Sleman.
