Abstract It has been a well-known fact that film as a commodity contains sexual content to attract the audience and to get profit as much as possible. In Indonesian film industry, horror genre -which seems unrelated with sexual themeis the most strategic location for visualizing taboo’s matters, which one is sex. Indonesian horror films are stick with the artists who have sexy image, such as Dewi Persik, Julia Perez, Andi Soraya, Nikita Mirzani, and so on. Even, foreign porn star is also brought in to act in Indonesian horror films. Let’s say the name Sora Aoi, Vicky Vette, Misa Campo, and Sasha Grey. Therefore, this research wants to reveal how sexuality is viewed from sexual behavior and body exploitation in Indonesian horror film, especially in horror movies starred by Dewi Persik. This research uses quantitative content analysis to map how both of the elements is visualized. The results of this research shows some surprising trends about sexual behavior, the aim of sexual behavior, woman’s activity in sexual behavior, and the tendency of woman’s body exploitation than man’s.
